Yasodhara Ashram Website

Yasodhara Ashram is a yoga retreat and study centre that welcomes hundreds of guests each year to visit and participate in their events, courses, programs and retreats.

During my five years at Yasodhara Ashram, I supported and managed yasodhara.org, a WordPress e-commerce website that receives over 7000 unique visitors a month. During this time, traffic to the website was increased using a strategy that incorporated SEO and Google Adwords.

The website was regularly updated to reflect user feedback to improve usability and analytics data to improve site performance. Custom webpages were designed to highlight specific programs and for the promotion of specific projects and fundraising campaigns.

I worked closely with the IT department to ensure that all plugins were up to date and that optimizations were made to improve website performance.
